Service Description

Similar to crisis and case management work I have done in the past, I normally like to charge between $1,000 and $10,000 (about $20-$200/week) to be on retainer, or $175-$375 for a consultation. Check-in when you please, or would like help with your case (I cannot practice law and have not passed the bar). I will write (ethically) recommendations to courts and parole boards. I will also give legal-direction, however; I can be subpoenaed, and ethically (in most all cases), would not obstruct justice. I know how to work with a court-appointed attorney and represent myself. I have worked with many prosecuting offices in Vermont, and many State and District judges know my work. Simply put, I know how to stay-out of jail. The choice to follow the law is yours, but I like to educate clients on their rights and why the law is written as well as consequences of their actions. I have lots of experience with SUD/Mental Health Treatment and am more familiarized with drug cases, mental-health proceedings, domestic violence/assault charges, and have done some family reunification and victim work.
