With population size and Vermont professional practice as familiar as it its; After EB5 and the Jay Peak scandal, I decided to offer independent evaluations and recommendations for sentencing, and treatment options independent from state and federal government. The District of Vermont has written such 3rd party “evaluations” into our bankruptcy and civil-court rules.
