Conflict resolution using restorative practices, basic CBT, mindfulness, and emotional regulation skills and recovery coaching techniques including reflective listening and motivational interviewing. My first published piece of writing, American Psyche, is largely based on this principle of mutual respect and healthy dialogue and emphasizes restorative conflict resolution practices.
